When we moved out to the farm, we installed a corn stove to heat the house along with a heat pump. Over the last few years, we've decided that the corn stove works the best when the temperature drops below 20 degrees, otherwise it gets way too warm in the house. It has finally gotten cold enough to make it efficient, so last night we started it up. Reid remembers from last year, but Elliott was enthralled. It has become as much of a tradition as setting up the Christmas tree.
