Downward Dog, Child's Pose, the Cobra, etc.

I've started doing Yoga on a regular basis, and of course, the kids need to do Yoga, too.  Reid actually does a good job at the poses, and, well, Elliott and Isabel, are at least trying.  You should hear Isabel make her meditation sounds of "hmmm....hmmm"!
