Reid (back row, second from left) got student of the month for the first grade. It's a new program called Character Counts that the school implemented to recognize students based on six pillars - trustworthiness, responsibility, respect, fairness, caring, and citizenship. He was most excited about the cupcake from Spitzer's Bakery that he got at the presentation.
