The kids have been pretending to be hunters for the last few weeks. They even take their binoculars out to the shelter belt looking for the deer. A few times they even locked Monte (our dog) in his kennel because they felt that they weren't seeing any deer because he was scaring them away when he tagged along. Tonight they took their imaginations to the next step and became the deer themselves. They each drew and cut out antlers and then taped them to each other's foreheads. I'm pretty impressed by how accurate they made those antlers. They've definetly been paying attention to the details when their dad is hunting.
